Our teas are thoughtfully formulated by a Certified Nutritional Practitioner using high-quality herbs to support the body's natural balance and wellness processes. Because each individual body is  unique, responses to herbs may vary. 

Due to the consumable and handcrafted nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used tea. If you feel a tea was not the right fit for your body, we invite you to contact us within 14 days of receiving your order so we can review your concern. 

When appropriate, we may offer:

• A replacement product, or

• Store credit for a future purchase

To be eligible for consideration:

• The tea must have been purchased directly from our shop

• Proof of purchase is required

• Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

• Opened or partially consumed teas are non-returnable

• Shipping fees are non-refundable 

• Clearance or final sale items are not eligible

Herbal wellness is highly individualized and influenced by many factors including diet, lifestyle and overall health. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat cure or prevent disease.

We carefully prepare and ship each order with intention and care to ensure your herbal teas arrive safely and in optimal condition. 

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Because many of our products are handcrafted in small batches, processing times may vary slightly during high- volume periods. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped. 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times 

We currently ship within Canada using trusted carriers. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary depending on location and carrier conditions. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight and selected shipping method. 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delays & Carrier Issues 

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding. 

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. we are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment. 

Lost or Damaged Packages 

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.  (or expected delivery date) so we can review the situation. Supporting photos and order details may be requested. 

Final Sale Items

All clearance or final sale items are shipped as-is and are not eligible for replacement or refund.

Directions:

Add 1 teaspoon of herbs in 8 oz of filtered boiling water. Steep for 10- 12 mins. Drink tea morning and evening time. Enjoy!
